This regulation is written in the masculine form for convenience and applies to both genders. Please read the terms of use carefully.
The website contains an online store for purchasing products, and the terms of use apply when using or purchasing products on the website.
The website, and any service provided through it, including design, content, trademarks, content, systems, and algorithms, are protected under copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use the content appearing on the website in any other way.
Using and purchasing products on the website constitutes your agreement to the terms of use, by which you commit that neither you nor anyone on your behalf will have any claim or demand against the website.

Note: Changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change.

The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the website is exclusively the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to the use of the website.
Use of the website
The user of the website must be 18 years of age or older, and legally competent.
The user must reside in Israel and hold an Israeli ID card, and also hold a valid credit card issued in Israel.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of the website password and username.
The user is not permitted to open an account for any third party without their express consent.
The user shall not use the details and passwords of other users unlawfully.
The user absolves the website of responsibility for any technical malfunction/interruption/website downtime, including malfunctions that may be caused by a third party providing hosting services, software, communication lines and/or any additional service.
The user absolves the company of responsibility for any attacks and hacking attempts by various parties against the website, communication networks, computers and servers.
The company takes several security measures to protect the privacy of the information entered by users on the website, but it is important to know that this cannot be guaranteed completely and there may be security breaches and intrusions into information.
The company does not guarantee that the services and information on the website or on third-party servers hosting them will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them.
By browsing the website, registering, and uploading content and/or information, the user releases the company and/or anyone on its behalf from liability for any damage caused to them and/or anyone on their behalf due to attacks, hacking attempts, and intrusions into information as stated, and waives any claim against the company and/or anyone on its behalf in this regard.
The company may at any given moment, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content/comment published by a user on the website, including deleting/suspending the user.
Some of the messages and advertisements sent to you may contain "cookies," such as "identification cookies," on your browser.
The company does not store users' credit card details on the business's servers or anywhere else.
Users who purchase products/services through the company's website are also subject to the partners' terms of use.
All orders on the website are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Every user of the website is required to check the costs of taxation, customs, VAT, and other costs before placing an order. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal details of the customer (name, email, etc.) will be stored in the company's databases.
The company will not transfer the customer's personal details to any other party except to suppliers, if necessary, and only for the purpose of completing a transaction.
The company will not use the customer's payment method details except for processing payment for a transaction the customer requested to make, and these details will not be transferred to any other party for any other purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, payment method details are not stored in the company's databases.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company may transfer a user's personal details to a third party in cases where the customer has committed an act or omission that harms and/or may harm the company and/or any third parties, the customer used the company's services to commit an illegal act, if the company received a judicial order to provide the customer's details to a third party, and also in any dispute or legal proceedings.
The company may use the customer's personal details, without identifying the specific customer, for statistical data analysis and its presentation and/or transfer to other parties.
Since operations are conducted in an online environment, the company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusions into its computers or the exposure of stored information by illegal actors. If a third party manages to penetrate the information held by the company and/or misuse it, the user will have no claim, lawsuit, or demand against the company.
The company may use "cookies" to provide the user with a fast and efficient service and to spare the customer the need to enter personal details each time they access the website.
In cases beyond the company's control and/or resulting from force majeure, the company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the customer and/or anyone on the customer's behalf if this information is lost or if it is used without authorization.
Order on the website:
Next to each product, its price is displayed, which includes Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. However, the operator reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion without the user having any claims against it due to this. It is clarified that the decisive date regarding the product price is the date of order confirmation by the customer and not the date of adding it to the shopping cart.
Product packaging and materials may contain additional or different information from the information displayed on the product pages on the website.
For medical products or those with medical implications - the content on our website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or other problem.
The information does not replace medical advice, and we recommend consulting a doctor or qualified professional before using any product that comes into contact with the body.
You should always read the information, warnings, and instructions included with the product before using it and not rely solely on the information found on our website.
If you feel that one or more of the products you were exposed to on the website are offensive, misleading, or illegal, we invite you to contact us so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.
All information presented on the website regarding products, including their quality and nature, was received directly from partners.
The website user absolves the company of responsibility for inaccuracies/discrepancies in the details presented on the website regarding products, including images and product specifications displayed on sales pages and similar.
When placing an order on the website, the user must enter their details (such as: full name, updated residential address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required to complete the order).
Note: Orders can only be placed for residential addresses within the State of Israel.
Within 48 hours of placing the order, the user will receive the order confirmation in the email provided, which constitutes final and absolute confirmation.
If a product you ordered is out of stock, or for some reason the supplier is unable to supply the product, you will be offered the option of receiving a substitute product or canceling the transaction.
If you decide to cancel – a full refund will be processed to your credit card.
Note: Except for receiving a substitute product or canceling the transaction as stated, you will have no claim, lawsuit, and/or demand against the company.
The time until the money is received via the payment method can sometimes be delayed due to external factors and may take up to 45 business days.
After placing an order, automatic registration will occur to the website's email marketing system.
Registration is necessary to update the registered user or purchaser on the order processing stages, including sending invoices, order confirmation, shipment tracking, etc..
Furthermore, registering for the email newsletter will enable the website and the company's team to send promotional and marketing information. We undertake not to transfer registration details to any other company.
You can unsubscribe from the marketing email newsletter by clicking on a link found in every marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the system messages regarding order status and shipments.
The website is not responsible for the quality of products, shipping times (including delays caused by various factors) or delays in delivery, and any damage caused to the customer due to these.
Limitation of Liability
The images appearing on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be color differences and other variations between the appearance of the product in the image and the product in reality.
The business will not be responsible for clerical errors in the specifications and technical details of any product. It is agreed that the customer or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or lawsuit due to such a clerical error.
The responsibility for all products offered on the website lies solely with the manufacturers and suppliers.
It is hereby agreed that any delay or non-performance of delivery of a product purchased on the website due to force majeure, including unusual weather, strikes at various service providers, or unforeseen disruptions in the website's computer system, will not obligate the business, and the customer or anyone on their behalf or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or lawsuit due to this.
B. Additional Terms
The business and website administrators will not be held indirectly or directly responsible towards the customer or any third party in any case of order or delivery failure due to force majeure, including computer system malfunctions, telephone, due to credit card companies or due to any other factor related to the completion of the purchase and delivery operation.
It is hereby agreed that an order and purchase through the website is not and will not constitute a contract for the benefit of a third party.
The business reserves the right to amend the regulations from time to time at its sole discretion.
All information and/or content and/or images appearing on the website, including graphics, design, trademarks, logo marks, including their editing and presentation on the website, are the exclusive property of the website or the business.
Shipping
Shipping time usually takes up to 14 business days from the date of product dispatch.
Home delivery operates in a limited number of localities, and therefore shipments will arrive at a collection point (including post office branches).
From the moment of order, the shipping time for the company is 5 business days.
In some cases, there may be unexpected delays or changes, such as delays from Israel Post, shipping companies, or various entities in the process.
The latest date for product delivery is at most 35 business days from the date the product was shipped.
In such a case, please contact customer service, and we will offer you a choice of either a full refund or a re-shipment.
For orders of more than one product, the products may be shipped in separate packages.
Ordering Products
To purchase products on the website, select products from those displayed on the website and add them to the shopping cart. Afterward, proceed to the checkout page on the website, where you must fill in several details, including an updated email address, street address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card details. If the shipment is addressed to someone other than the purchaser, the full address of the recipient and their phone number must be provided. These details are required for shipping coordination. All details provided on the website during the purchase process are secured with the most up-to-date technology. After completing the order, the purchaser will receive an order confirmation email. An order and purchase transaction will only be considered complete if a purchase confirmation is received from the credit card company. If the business was unable to supply the product, the business will not be obligated to supply the product. In this case, an appropriate notification will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If a product is out of stock without an indication that the product is unavailable, and the product appears on the website at the time of placing the order, the customer will have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer or a third party.
Providing false personal information related to the purchase process is a criminal offense and a civil tort. In the event of an unintentional error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.
Information submitted on the website is secured with the most advanced PCI technology. With this technology, information regarding the purchaser's billing details is encrypted and deleted immediately after purchase. In addition, the business undertakes to take customary precautions to keep personal information about the customer as confidential as possible.
B. Delivery and Shipping
After the order is completed and the conditions specified in section B are met, the products will be ordered personally and specially for the purchaser from the manufacturer abroad, who will deliver the products to their doorstep and/or the nearest distribution point, within 40 business days.
The website team will work to deliver the purchased product as quickly as possible, in accordance with the terms specified on the shipping page of the website and the option chosen by the customer. It is hereby clarified and agreed that the business has no control over the exact delivery dates of the shipping service and bears no responsibility for it.
In any case of delay in product delivery, the purchaser is obligated to immediately report the delay in order to allow the business to try and resolve the issue as early and efficiently as possible.
Business days - regular days, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
Product Return Policy
If you received a defective product (a product that arrived damaged and not a product damaged due to use) –
You can exchange it for a functional product in a few simple steps. In some cases, we will resolve the issue for you, even without the need to return the product. In order for us to address the issue and provide a solution, we will ask you to attach photos illustrating the product defects with a description of the malfunction.
If the reason for cancellation is not a defect –
Our products are custom-made for you - handcrafted and personalized (such as wood type, epoxy shade, dimensions, legs, etc.). Therefore, in accordance with Section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, it is not possible to cancel a transaction or return a product once the production process has begun, as this is not an "off-the-shelf" product but one specially created for you.
We accompany you every step of the way to ensure you are satisfied with your choice, and we will be happy to assist with any questions or needs – even after the order.
To prevent inconvenience, please ensure that the product has not been damaged as a result of use and that it has not been used in any way (it is clarified that connection to electricity, gas, and water will be considered use).
Returning the product in its original packaging indicates non-use of the product (subject to our inspection)
When returning the product, please ensure that the product is returned complete with all accessories that came with it.
The refund will be processed after inspecting the product, within a period not exceeding 7 business days from the day it is collected by us.
Returns are only permitted via registered mail with a tracking number, through an Israel Post branch.
Shipping costs for products to the website's shipping center shall be borne by the purchaser.
Notwithstanding the above, products for which it is stated on the website that they cannot be returned, no such return will be possible. These products include, for example, personalized products and products with special shipments.
In any case of inconsistency between the website's policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the provisions of the law shall prevail over the website's policy.
The product return policy varies from product to product, depending on the diversity of partners and different suppliers.
The company will manage the communication with the partners on behalf of the user, and will act in accordance with their policies, but it is not responsible for monetary refunds or compensation to the purchaser.
In the event of a product return, it is the responsibility of the product's ordering party to send the product back to the destination address from which it was sent, and to bear the shipping costs or any additional costs required for the product return.
In a credit card transaction (as opposed to a "PayPal" transaction) – in addition to the cancellation fees stipulated by law, an additional 'transaction cancellation fee' will be charged, which is collected from the 'Isracard' credit card company.
