What is epoxy?

Epoxy is a thermosetting polymer material composed of two main components: epoxy resin and a hardener. When the two components are mixed together, they form a rigid, strong, and durable material. Epoxy is known for its high resistance to heat, acids, and various solvents, as well as its mechanical strength and good adhesion to various surfaces.

Epoxy is used in a wide range of applications, including as an adhesive, filler, coating for floors and other surfaces, and as a base material for composite components in the aerospace industry.

Epoxy is also used in art and design to create decorative items, furniture, jewelry, and more. It allows for the creation of transparent or colored items and can be processed into complex shapes and unique designs.
